《Sleeping Sun》是成立于1996年的芬兰交响哥特金属乐团Nightwish(夜愿)在1999年发行的单曲CD中的第1首歌曲，是Nightwish夜愿慢歌里面最经典最好听的一首，作为 Nightwish演唱会的压轴歌曲，《Sleeping Sun》给人带来的震撼感不容小视。在这首歌曲里女主唱Tarja Turunen以其洪亮、高亢的嗓音把这首歌曲宏伟磅礴的气势展现的淋漓尽致，音域上的收放拉伸把空间感演艺的非常到位，隐约间还能听到些许回声，颇有余音绕梁、三日不绝之势。女主唱特别的声音，把古典元素细致的融入金属乐，歌剧层次化的嗓音，死亡的悲伤、禁忌的爱、深重的痛苦构成了这首歌曲。
